The walk to and from the hotel to the main road. It was not too far in but the access road is in ruins with puddles of muddy water. Even taxi drivers were apprehensive about sending you to the hotel.

Staff are very friendly and they are ready to help you with any information. For example, make appointments or reservation for some activities outside the hotel. Also, the bedroom and bathroom were clean up and tidy every day. There is a small shop inside hotel where one can buy some beautiful handicraft things and also, there are two fair and convenient spas in it. The hotel decoration is so beautiful, every thing has an unique decoration, you can see the real style of Bali culture. This is a quiet and relaxing place due to it has few bedrooms (just 26 bedrooms)

Breakfast could have more options because this has only three choices currently. May be a breakfast buffet style should a better option. Menu can have more options as well. Generally speaking, food is good but it could be better. Also, management should have more available information in English and other languages because there is no too much information in other different languages to Japanese, Balinese or Indonese. Few staff speak basic English so they should teach to more people this language and it would bring a higher level.

Some services & facilities not working properly.

The Alit was a convenient base from which to explore Bali. The facilities are dated and the plumbing requires attention. It provided a pleasant enough roof over our heads but I couldn't describe it as a luxurious experience. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The plumbing!! Water drainage was slow and hot water slow to come through. Shower head height was fantastic for all those under 5 foot tall, not so good for the remainder of the population. More variety in the breakfast menu would be appreciated also.

The location is good for people who are transiting from Bali to another international location. The hotel is close to the airport which is easily accessed by foot from the hotel. Value for money I would say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Bali. I would have expected to have paid more per night for the facility. Keep up the good standards that you are giving.

Good location for transit in Denpasar (airport transfer can be requested). Very friendly and helpful staff.
